Is She Really a Victim

A woman, who was kidnapped 18 years ago, walked into a police station with her two children by the man who abducted her, media reports said. Jaycee was abducted when she was 11 year old and now she is 29 year old woman with two daughters. Now, the wife of the suspected kidnapper, now claims that she is not responsible due to the fact that she was a victim as well. Hmm......is she really an accomplice or a victim??
